All linens are washed with high heat setting We use cleaning products approved by health experts like disinfectants with 70% alcohol or higher Cleaning crew wears a mask to avoid cross-contamination. We follow local & state laws on additional safety & cleaning guidelines.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The downtown view with convenient parking is perfect for private interviews, wedding party preparations, celebrations, photoshoots, and much more. The location is perfect for traveling events into the city with quick access to event centers such as BBVA, Geroge R Brown, EaDo nightlife, Toyota Center, and much more.
