Beautiful natural light! 1920s Spanish architecture mixed with mid-century modern vibe, newly remodeled Boho-chic/Scandi kitchen and large backyard perfect for outdoor shoots. Backyard has modern Gazebo with dining area, gravel seating area with firepit. High coved ceilings, unique arches. Bright, natural light in all rooms. Owner is a photographer so all photography art cleared for use. Beautiful space, so many amazing places to shoot. Lots of natural light pouring in. Decorated well we didn't need to bring in much! Outdoor space in the back is huge! Holly was a phenomenal host, really helpful!

Great location with lots of beautiful natural light. The house is decorated so that every corner is photogenic. The garage in the backyard was also a great place for staging. Would definitely shoot here again!
