We keep our space tidy and clean and ask that you do the same.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Our quiet, comfortable, and modern set-up allow you and your guests to record audio and video with ease. Our simple set-up is easy to use, while still producing the same quality of audio/video as today’s biggest podcasters. General Rules

• No Eating in the podcast room • Only drinks with lids allowed • No smoking in the building • No drugs/alcohol on-premise • Put all equipment back as it was after use • Please throw away any trash when you're done (There's a trash can in the lounge and one in the bathroom) Insurance & Liability • Production insurance is not required but encouraged • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. • We are not responsible for damage to your vehicle while parked on-premise or stolen items out of your vehicle. • You will be responsible for damage or theft caused by you/your guest.
