About the Space
We have three gorgeous rooms in our studio space. Each room is about 250 sq feet (portrait room is about (150 sq ft). When you book a 1hr minimum it is PER ROOM. Please specify which room your choose to book when submitting your request. If you book 2hrs - you have access to 2 rooms, 3hrs - all the 3. The Parisian room features beautiful custom mouldings, fireplace, herringbone hardwood floors and luxurious, french-inspired decor. The Mediterranean room is an exotic space, featuring unique alcoves, graphic tiles and hand crafted decor. The Portrait studio features a selection of backdrops and furniture (as pictured). This room gets natural light and you do not need any lighting equipment to achieve a 'softbox' type lighting - the windows will do it for you! Alll rooms are north-facing and get an even, steady natural light throughout the day. We have a dressing room, makeup area and common area to prep your garments. We also have a small rolling rack and a steamer. We are located in the historic part of downtown (West End), with lots of scenic spots for photos if you choose to take your photoshoot outside! If you need to extend your booking, please note that we bill in 30 min increments for over-time. If you need to do a studio to inspect the space visit prior to your booking, those are billed separately at $50/visit. However, we do encourage you to look through the photos, listing description and detailed reviews first. We can also supply a video walkthrough tour.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I booked this space for my bridal portraits and absolutely loved it! The space was beautifully decorated and maintained well. We used the Parisian Room and Mediterranean Room. It offered such a fun variety in terms of backgrounds and vibes. We ended up having to extend our time and Anastasia was super flexible. I will say get there a little early to give yourself some extra cushion to get the key so it doesn't eat into your studio time. Parking wasn't bad - it's always a gamble downtown. There's metered street parking and paid parking lots. The studio actually overlooked the lot I parked in which was nice. Overall, would definitely book this venue again! I'm so glad my photographer found this space.

The host was very responsive! We enjoyed our experience! The accessories in the space are as shown. We did ballet photography in this elegant space, and the pictures turned out wonderful! The only caveat was the Parisian Room was quite a bit smaller than it looked in the photos; the example photos were apparently taken with a wide-angle lens (as with most real estate photos), and though from the photos the space appeared large (I thought I could use a 50mm to get full-body shots), I could barely get a decent full-body shot through the doorway with a 35mm lens and the late afternoon natural lighting in-room still required a low f-stop and some shadow lifting in post-processing. So just be aware that ideally you'll need a 35mm or wider focal length to capture both the subject and beauty of the space. But despite the above, I would definitely use and recommend this space again for its elegant look, trinkets, vintage props and great host!
