About the Space
We have four gorgeous rooms in our studio space. Each room is about 250 sq feet (portrait room is about (150 sq ft). When you book a 2hr minimum it is PER ROOM. Please specify which room your choose to book when submitting your request. If you book 2hrs - you have access to 2 rooms, 3hrs - 3, 4hrs - all 4. The Parisian room features beautiful custom mouldings, fireplace, herringbone hardwood floors and luxurious, french-inspired decor. The Mediterranean room is an exotic space, featuring unique alcoves, graphic tiles and hand crafted decor. The Portrait studio features a selection of backdrops and furniture (as pictured). This room gets natural light and you do not need any lighting equipment to achieve a 'softbox' type lighting - the windows will do it for you! The Library room has no natural light and is perfect for flash/LED photography. It features a 12ft wide hand painted canvas backdrop along with library inspired decor. The rooms with natural light are all north-facing and get an even, steady natural light throughout the day. We have a dressing room, makeup area and common area to prep your garments. We also have a small rolling rack and a steamer. We are located in the historic part of downtown (West End), with lots of scenic spots for photos if you choose to take your photoshoot outside! If you need to extend your booking, please note that we bill in 30 min increments for over-time. If you need to do a studio to inspect the space visit prior to your booking, those are billed separately at $50/visit. However, we do encourage you to look through the photos, listing description and detailed reviews first. We can also supply a video walkthrough tour.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The host was responsive. Make sure you read the fine print - this studio books hourly but you only get one room per hour so if that limits you, just be aware. There is also a $65 cleaning fee even though you are required to leave the space as it was - mentioning this only because you just need to make sure to budget time to get into the building as the parking can be difficult nearby and unlocking all the doors can take some time too - so build that into your budget when your rent. The one thing I'd say is the nature of communication from the host was a little chaotic. Lots of long drawn out instructions on where to pick up keys and different locks on different doors and parking, etc. It was a little overwhelming. I would suggest Ana simplifies her instructions and communication, but other than that, the space is unique and photographs well. Would rent again if needed. REPLY FROM THE HOST: Thank you for your input. Our checkin instructions have been tried and successfully tested by many previous guests who appreciated the details for a smooth process. The cleaning fee is for wiping down all surfaces and sanitizing been shoots and our per room policy is clearly outlined in the listing.
