All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to the Creative Loft in downtown Riverside!✨ This studio is the perfect space for lifestyle photography and videography. It's also a great space for boudoir, family sessions, maternity sessions, modeling sessions, small workshops, and or product photography. With abundant light and gorgeous original hardwood floors, this space will definitely impress your clients and help you create stunning images! Furniture that is included in the rental is a bed (complete with 4 queen size pillows, furry throw pillows & fur blankets ***NO SHEETS PROVIDED***), couch, bench, chair, mirror, & desk. (chandelier from previous owner is no longer available) Furniture can be moved out of the way if it is not needed. Parking description

You are able to park in the parking lot right behind the building, the parking garage near the studio on Orange Street, or in a designated parking spot on the street. All parking options are meter/paid parking.

General Rules

- Maximum of 8 people in renter’s party. Additional fee of $5 per each person over the limit will apply. (15 max people allowed). - No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative. - Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. - No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances. - No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative. - All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from company representative. Additional charges may apply depending on studio condition at wrap. - All furniture and decor must be put back in its original location. - All items that you brought must be taken with you upon departure. - All trash must be removed before departure.

We have a video camera pointing to the entrance of the studio only. It is on and recording at all times.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Yes, I would book again.

Loved creating in this studio! Pretty spacious with lots of room and furniture to work with! The natural light was absolutely beautiful & the host is incredibly nice to work with! Looking forward to rent this studio again in the future
