we have sound booth on premises. it is brick and traditional construction. Some noise from main street could interfere depend on location for audio recordings. Central Air and can be controlled by on and off switch if needed

from main street direct into hall, no specific loading zone, no need for ramp. Loading truck has to obey street parking signs

General Rules
No smoking in the building. back yard allowing smoking areas. Outside catering is allowed but we can accommodate for preparation on site and serve catering services. We do have various setups for different events b-day or wedding's. we do have Serbian Orthodox church available for weddings

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
we have professional stuff that is maintaining facilities
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
