There’s 1 private parking spot in the garage that can be given access to with a key. There is street parking available for any additional vehicles.
General Rules
• Absolutely No Smoking
• No Noise Before 8am or After 10pm
• Outside Catering is Allowed
• Use of the Kitchen Facilities is Allowed
• Use of the Shower is Not Allowed Unless Requested
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras in the parking garage hallways as guests and residents make their way up the stairs into the courtyard.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is cleaned after every booking by our cleaning team, using the highest standard of cleaning supplies and products, as well as making that any fabrics, dishes, etc are disinfected or replaced as necessary.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
