Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Guest are responsible for basic cleaning, which "consist of "disposal of all food and trash. Dumpster in rear of the building. Removal of all decorations, clean up of any spills or debris on tables and floors. All cleaning supplies are under bathroom cabinet. Broom, mop and trash bags are in kitchenette area. Building will be cleaned and sanitized by cleaning staff.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We are a Spa that provides an event space inside our location. The space comes with a open area for entertaining. We provide you with tables and chairs for your event, that will accommodate up to 50 guest. There is a restroom, warming kitchen with microwave, and refrigerator. There is ample free parking available. We are conveniently located near several shopping centers and restaurants.
