About the Space
ONLY AVAILABLE FOR NEW YEARS! This two story dance studio has The first floor, which is approx 2,000 sf. The second level is approx 2,000 sf. Total Building SF is 4,000 sf, allowing lots of space for events, film shoots, weddings, baby showers & more! The dance floor is open with natural light, LED installations & fans above to keep you cool. The building Is close to major freeways, downtown San Diego, but it is located in the Midway district!

Parking description
Street parking isn’t difficult at all! 12 cars can park in our private parking section and about 30- 50 cars can park on the street
General Rules
No smoking inside the building. Before rentals please speak with our Events Manager to obtain check in & check out rental list. Before all rentals we do require a security deposit in case of damages & some rental paperwork signed.

They are located in the common dance floors & in our office.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We mop & sweep all of the dance floors before an after each rental. We disinfect all high touch surfaces and materials during each booking. Prior to leaving, kindly complete the Renter's Checkout Checklist, which includes essential tasks like tidying up the space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
