All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This 1500 sq ft studio has an open loft layout. There is a full size bed with white linens, a clawfoot tub, and various couches & chairs. We offer 2 Profoto B1 strobes with softboxes/umbrellas, 1 large LED constant light with softbox, and a ring light included in your booking. We also have various color paper backdrop rolls available to use. We offer complimentary valet parkings for two vehicles. Concierge will let you up to the studio and there will be a lockbox on the door.

Parking description

There is free valet parking at the main entrance for two vehicles. Other vehicles can pay for metered parking on the street. Street parking is free after 6pm Mondays - Saturday, & free all day Sundays.

Space has natural light

Natural light can be blocked out

Lighting description

Large windows throughout the space to provide great natural light. The windows have a shade to block light but do not completely block light. The mornings are when the most light enters the studio.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

This is a large loft so you can not normally hear neighbors. This is some noise from the street outside like, the railway train going by. The AC does make some noise when it turns on.

Equipment loading description

You can use the main entrance but there is also a side street (Travis st) you can use for loading bigger objects.

Staging area is available

You can use the space in the bathroom for makeup and touch ups, the hallways for wardrobe.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

There is a room right next to the front door that is for employees only.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There are many working outlets in the studio. The circuit breaker in directly in front of the bathroom.

General Rules

-Leave the studio how you left it. There will be an added cleaning fee for messes left behind. -No smoking in the building -Outside catering is allowed -No glitter allowed in the studio -Notify me if anything is damaged during your booking.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

No smoke machines allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a Ring camera at the main entrance of the studio. There are also cameras inside the unit with cameras in every room except bathroom. Cameras are only monitored by the host in case of an incident.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
