Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I-4 & the 408 are less than 2 miles from the property so you can easily access the entire city in no time. 3 spacious beautifully designed bedrooms, 1 spotless bathroom, cute work space, kitchen with full size appliances, glassware & utensils. You can also kick back in the game room to watch tv while you play darts, jenga & oversized connect4 and other games with your family and friends. The backyard area is amazing for get togethers dressed with a gazebo & firepit! Theres also a washer & dryer available for use when needed.

General Rules

Please don’t smoke inside, wash the dishes, throw trash away, no congregating in the front yard don’t move the backyard furniture to the front of the house, no parking on the grass & no loud music outside after 10pm

There is a Front door ring camera light that is motioned sensored. Camera is only used when needed.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
