About the Space

The location is extremely central, the house has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, great rooftop deck space , good for entertaining as well as shoots. There is a pool and lower deck as well. There is a large garage space to use to store things, and furniture can be moved around . The house is full of light with large glass windows in the house.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Highly recommend! Place is beautiful, looks as advertised; Karam is warm, friendly, accommodating, just a chill guy who gets it. Available at all times during our shoot, yet out of sight. Can’t wait for a reason to rent again!

Host was super helpful and the photos of the space did not do it any justice the space is beautiful. Which allowed our video shoot to go smoothly without any hardship. Highly recommend booking.
