Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

32’ x 26’ studio space for rent by the hour on mornings, weeknights, and weekends. Whiteboard, projector, 30 chairs, 5 tables available for use. Inquire for rates. Discounts for recurring rentals. Optional backyard space for rent ☀️ as well (last two pictures). Space has fit 80+ before with chairs. Conveniently located 3 min from airport, 5 min from downtown on 41.

General Rules

Please leave the space as you found it, and account for setup and breakdown time as part of your rental fee. We will have multiple rentals per week and use the space to operate in our own business, so the space will be kept tidy for all parties.
