All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Quaint, spacious tudor in the idyllic Edgebrook neighborhood. Walk in through the arched doorway and sit for a spell at the banquette in the adorable teal kitchen. This home is steps away from a forest preserve on a street with a classic Chicago neighborhood feel. The wood burning fireplace and built in shelving create a cozy environment that extends to the bedrooms upstairs. The princess bedroom is complete with a homemade dollhouse, beautiful brick wall, and vaulted ceilings. Step into the backyard and sip some tea on the deck while admiring the 60 year old tree of heaven overtaking the space. Edgebrook boasts a small town main street with mom and pop shops and friendly smiles.

Circuit breaker is in the basement, easily accessible. It's an old house but the circuit breaker was updated five years ago. Outlets throughout.

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space.

Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Everything can be moved/removed as long as it finds its way back to its place :)
Security cameras and recording devices
There are ring cameras at the front and back door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Jill was so nice, communicative and accommodating -- it was pleasure working with her! Her home is spacious and lovely with so many cute areas for vignettes. We are very happy with the amazing images we were able to capture!
