It's a house- we own it BUT YOU CAN USE IT WITHOUT ALL OF THOSE COSTS SMART HOME - Nest Thermostat, Nest Yale Lock Check in at your convenience! MASTER BEDROOM: Features king size bed, walk in closet and master bathroom with 2 person Jacuzzi and 50 in TV. BEDROOM 1: Features a large room with a queen size bed and spacious closet and 43in TV. BEDROOM 2: Features a large room with a queen size bed and spacious closet and 43in TV. LIVING ROOM: Features large 9 foot couch. Open concept area with 2 very large rustic accent chairs and reclaimed wood coffee table that makes great use for your favorite group board games. DINING Table: Is set perfectly in our open concept floor plan, it's placed exactly between the game room and living room. KITCHEN: Stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, 6 Piece toaster, nonstick pots and pans, chef knives, cutting boards, and top quality silverware for entertaining. GAME ROOM: Spacious and features 55 inch 4k Samsung tv and a PS4 with a beautiful mid-century leather couch. It also has a beautiful pool table with brand new sticks and cues. Our game room is centered between the kitchen and the patio making it great to host and entertain. MOVIE ROOM: Our Movie room is upstairs in our loft space, it features a 9-foot couch and 3 individual lounge seats plus a state of the art 75inch Sony Bravia 4k UHD smart TV. Its the perfect room to watch any sporting event or a great movie with your group.

No smoking or vaping inside the house. All smoking or vaping must be done outdoors/on the porch. Please clean up and dispose of cigarettes. Smoking in the house will lead to a $500 dollar fee. No pets or animals of any sort in our home- $500 fee for each animal on the premises. Please note- we welcome small children, families, and infants. However, it is up to you whether this listing is suitable for your children. No parties. We do not accept any booking for parties. No Parking inside the garage or on the street. Please park cars only in the driveway. Three vehicles maximum. Absolutely no guests under 25 years of age. Please be respectful of our neighbors and community, especially between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am. We don't provide an EV charging station. Smart Tv's- we don't provide any accounts guests use their own Netflix, HBO, Hulu etc. Playstation- You will need your own Playstation now account. We don't provide one or any physical games in the home We ask for an ID of the guest who is booking and the full name of each adult guest staying with us so that we can register your group with our HOA/community. We offer a six-person saltwater hot tub; please note: when using the hot tub, you are doing so at your own risk. You wave any and all rights to liability for health risks or injuries that could occur while using the hot tub. Late check-out- if you are late checking out and this results in extra cleaning or management fees those costs will be passed on to you. If your late check out prevents us from honoring the next check-in at 4 pm, any costs or any refunds that must be offered to the next guests for being unable to honor their reservation as promised will be passed on to you. This means- refunding their first night or their entire stay if they cancel- those costs will be your financial responsibility. This is a premium product, we spent a ton of time and effort rehabbing and doing interior design here. Please be respectful and leave the property in the condition it was in when you enter the home. We use a photographed walk-through checklist at check-in and check out, any additional cleaning costs, damage, or repairs will be charged to you after check out.
