We clean the space between bookings with a professional cleaning team
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space offer a cozy sitting area, complete with plush sofa, coffee table and Instagram-worthy accent chairs. You can bring your own food and beverages and make use of our full kitchen and wooden breakfast bar. The space can hold no more than 5 and it's the perfect setting for quiet and intimate gatherings, romantic meals or photo shots.

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime on the day of the booking will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Please factor setup and tear down time with in your original booking to avoid extra charges.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is added to any booking, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in.
Please take great care of our space and all furniture and equipment so we can keep offering the same great rate to customers like you. Kindly refrain from using tape, sticky tack, nails, screws, staples or penetrating items on our walls.
FURNITURE
Furniture is allowed to be moved by guests with in the space but can't be moved outside of the space. If you choose to move furniture around please make sure to put it together in the same way you found it in the end of the event. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space, smoking is permitted in the back porch only. No glitter or confetti can be used.
