All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The living room, kitchen, and dining room come together in an open space that makes it ideal for celebrations and gatherings. In the summer the driveway turns into a patio that allows for a small gathering or outdoor catering.

General Rules

Outside and inside catering is allowed, as well as the use of the kitchen. For reunions, the guest bathroom will be available but not the master bedroom's bathroom. For reunions, all space will be available except for the master bedroom. For shootings, all space is available. The space is available until 11 pm.

All ages are allowed in the space
