Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have a professional cleaning service that comes in prior to shoots that cleans and disinfects all surfaces.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

The space has informational signage including:

Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

About the Space

Like the title says, we have an awesome modern outdoor Awesome Backyard Fire-pit Lounge that was just built! Perfect for kickback party scenes, birthday party scenes, or anything that involves a relaxing outdoor setting. Plenty of space for storing gear and video village in the driveway.

This space is an OUTDOOR space. If you need shade, we would suggest bringing a popup for crew/gear/video village. Access to an indoor bathroom is available.

A few outlets are available, but please bring stingers!

General Rules

No smoking in or around the building, put trash in bins after the shoot. No children or animals without prior written consent from the owner. If you need to use the restroom, shoes need to come off (or wear booties).

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

You can move chairs around, not a problem.

Security cameras and recording devices

ring doorbells and security cameras. can be turned off upon request.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
