Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

This space is cleaned thoroughly in between meetings and bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Enjoy a luxurious experience at my Modern and centrally located home in the heart of Brookhaven/North Buckhead. The entire home has been tastefully decorated to make your stay pleasurable and comfortable. My home has 3 bedrooms with a Smart TV in each one and all rooms are on the main level which makes it very accessible from the front door. The home also features a sunroom, a gourmet kitchen, a decorated back patio, and an extensive backyard for various scenes.

General Rules

SMOKING No smoking in the building at any time. NOISE No loud Noise No Party OVERTIME As per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be evacuated and all items are removed by the end time of your booking. Overtime will be billed at 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. FURNITURE Don't take furniture along with you on your way out. If you need to move any furniture to accommodate your production do let me know. CLEANING Please take good care of this space. Leave the space the same way you met it. Even though cleaning fees is part of my hourly rate, any damaged walls. floors, furniture will be billed to the credit card of file with Peerspace. Absolutely No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls.
