About the Space
This bright and airy space is ideal for photo/video productions. The neutral tones and furnishings can accommodate versatile styling. The living room, dining, kitchen and backyard spaces are available to book. Garage and bedrooms are NOT included. - For indoor projects, natural lighting throughout most of the day (10am - 5pm) - For outdoor projects, outdoor furniture available for use. If bringing outdoor furniture, side gate and driveway access available - All umbrellas pictured are available for use - Heating pool and/or spa will be an additional cost of $75 (please see add-on).

This place is perfect! What a great house / home. Came for the backyard— the pool lounger vibes are so wonderful. Great backdrops, good from every angle. Pool was clean, pristine and warm. This place is so photogenic. Loved it. On top of that, friendly and gracious host. Easy to find, easy to load in. Plenty of parking. What more could you want? heck, I want to buy the whole house and move in. A true East Costa Mesa gem! 10/10 would book again.

This was a spectacular location and the host, Francoise, was the best! She was so easy to work with and made us feel at home and relaxed in her yard and house. Everything was immaculate and that lawn is real! We did photography for Speedo and had about 25 people in set. There was enough elbow room for client, cast, crew and equipment. The pool was in perfect shape and she even heated it for our photographers and kid talent. Couldn't have asked for a better working experience. I will, for sure, be using Franciose's property again. It was perfect.
