About the Space
This bright and airy space is ideal for photo/video productions. The neutral tones and furnishings can accommodate versatile styling. Rental space INCLUDES: - Living room - Dining area - Kitchen - Restroom - Backyard (umbrellas, patio, pool* & putting green) Not Included: - Bedrooms - Garage Not permitted: - Smoking - Alcohol consumption (shoot placement is OK) - Nudity - Animals - Smoke machines - Food preparation - Taping or nailing hardware For indoor projects, natural lighting throughout most of the day (10am - 5pm). Photos taken at 12pm. Side gate and driveway access available for equipment unloading. To avoid overtime charges, please keep setup and breakdown within the booked time slot please. *Heating pool/spa will be an additional cost of $75 (please see add-on)

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This place is perfect! What a great house / home. Came for the backyard— the pool lounger vibes are so wonderful. Great backdrops, good from every angle. Pool was clean, pristine and warm. This place is so photogenic. Loved it. On top of that, friendly and gracious host. Easy to find, easy to load in. Plenty of parking. What more could you want? heck, I want to buy the whole house and move in. A true East Costa Mesa gem! 10/10 would book again.

This was a spectacular location and the host, Francoise, was the best! She was so easy to work with and made us feel at home and relaxed in her yard and house. Everything was immaculate and that lawn is real! We did photography for Speedo and had about 25 people in set. There was enough elbow room for client, cast, crew and equipment. The pool was in perfect shape and she even heated it for our photographers and kid talent. Couldn't have asked for a better working experience. I will, for sure, be using Franciose's property again. It was perfect.
