About the Space
Well this space is just AWESOME! With our ample and vibrant warehouse space, our space is perfect for: small parties, game nights, baby showers, birthdays, team meetings, off-sites, family parties, conferences, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and anything else you come up with! 🎉 Our 1450 sq ft space is located off Heatherwilde Blvd in Pflugerville. We are about 15 miles north of downtown. Features: - TWO A/C UNITS! Will provide instructions on how to use via walk thru video prior to your event 🤘 - Main Lobby with Natural Light - LED Lighting - Functional kitchen - Two INCREDIBLE handpainted murals - TONS of tables. feel free to move them - Bluetooth Speaker Box - Beautiful Canvas Artwork There is one restroom in the space and it is ADA-compliant. The space is a 2-year-old warehouse that is fresh, vibrant, and fun with the 2 murals! A 40-foot and 14-foot mural cover the 2 big walls in the main warehouse space. Over 200+ hours of freehand spraypaint went into the two murals, all done by Muralist Pierre Lucero from Chicago. We are two blocks from I-35, HEB, USPS, and a great location here in Pflugerville. The warehouse space is broken up into 4 main areas. The front lobby, kitchen, bathroom, and the main warehouse space. We would be happy to host your event at our space!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Fantastic, multifunctional space. Used it to host a LAN birthday party for my husband. The internet strength wasn’t really LAN capable, but we knew that would be a risk and don’t hold it against them one bit. Owner was very responsive and the overall process was a breeze. The video walkthrough was an excellent idea and was very appreciated. The price per hour was very reasonable for what we got out of the rental. Would very much recommend them.

Damon was responsive before our event. On the day of the event the air conditioner was supposed to be on since it’s 100 plus degrees here in Austin, it wasn’t left on for us. My event coordinator said the room furniture was in disarray and she had to clean the bathroom and the main space had bugs she had to clean. The space was not in an acceptable position to have a baby shower. Now I am trying to reach Damon to resolve the matter and he has not responded, and charged an overage fee. Knowing I communicated that we had to start late after cleaning up his space. If we could have resolved the issue with the charge and response to my concerns I would have said 4 stars. The rating reflects the lack of response to my concerns after I was charged and after the event.
