About the Space
As seen on CNBC's "Cash Pad", this beautifully remodeled space designed by The Bachelorette's JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers offers a welcoming atmosphere with a bohemian flair. A private entrance leads you into a second story loft with an open floor plan and lots of natural light. Relax outside on a huge outdoor deck, or enjoy the beautifully designed indoor space. As you arrive at the property, you have reserved parking in the gravel area directly in front of the property. The two story building with the garage door on the right side of the property is where you are headed. There are two black doors on the left side of this building. The door on the left is yours and will lead you upstairs to the Boho Bungalow. We will provide you with an access code to the door upon your booking. This 1 bed / 1 bath 700 sq.ft space with a 400 sq. ft deck is perfect for photoshoots, business meetings, or intimate birthdays and baby showers. Full size refrigerator and basic kitchen necessities are available. Smart TV with Netflix in living room. I had a small baby shower here. The space is perfect! I didn’t bring a single extra decoration because it’s already so beautiful and photo ready. The space is organized and stocked so well. Lauren is such a great host as well. I was really able to relax and just enjoy the party. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Darling and super comfy. We did a five person staff retreat all day. The unit was very clean and inviting. Our team felt productive and special. It’s not right in the heart of downtown so you feel a little tucked back and it’s very convenient to almost anything. Great space. Highly recommend!

We had my baby shower here and it was absolutely perfect! The space is so beautifully decorated we barely had to do anything. I would highly recommend it for any small gathering. The patio is gorgeous and even though the weather was over 100 degrees we enjoyed it for a bit. The host was fabulous and left a sweet note and goodie bag. 10 out of 10!! Thank you!
