About the Space
We’re home to flexible studios that accommodate round-table discussions, podcasts, live stream events, product launches, programming with a studio audience, newsroom set-up, Cyc-wall space, digital video content creation, Training Videos and more. As a studio for hire, Studio 17 is a top choice for daily newscasts, live shots to network, commercial production, and for professional presentations with our 70-inch touchscreen. Large makeup room available.

All parking is free in our garage and parking lot. Hundreds of spaces available.
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
We have a list of 9 preferred caterers for outside food. No glitter or shooting off confetti canons without permission.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
The lobby of the building has security cameras. Every hallway and studio also has security cameras.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
List of Safety Measures We Are Taking
All crew members have been re-trained on proper sanitation procedures and guidelines.
All crew, staff, and clients are required to wear a CDC-recommended face mask that covers the nose and mouth.
Crew members will wash their hands frequently, as well as before and after each shoot.
Hand sanitizer will be provided at high-traffic areas and at strategic studio locations for both clients and crew to use.
Studios and equipment will be disinfected between shoots.
Anyone with a fever, cough, or shortness of breath will remain home for 14 days after being symptom-free or cleared by a healthcare provider.
Clients are asked to remain at home when presenting with symptoms and/or fever. Please call to notify us of your situation and to reschedule.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
