Our Space: - Mid-century modern design and furniture, with a vintage beverage station, linen curtains, contemporary art throughout, built in bookshelves and a newly remodeled kitchen with state of the art appliances and hardwood floors. Our space provides a safe and relaxing experience for our guests. - The space also comes with Wi-Fi (350-400Mbps), sound canceling window inserts (https://indowwindows.com/), HomePod for music, and blackout blinds in the family room. - This studio is best suited groups of 10 people, and there's free parking which can accommodate +8 cars. Photo/Video Locations: - We allow access to the family room, front office, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and patio area. - Furniture can be moved around and arranged as needed. - The building faces north with great natural light all day. - There is also a large shared patio space in the back that can be made available upon request. 1,950 sq ft includes: - Family room - Front office - Kitchen - Hallway - Bathroom - Patio area (800 sq ft.), plants can't be moved Equipment on Site (as add-ons): - Paper rolls of various colors - C-stands for paper rolls - Softbox and one trigger light Parking: - Super convenient for up to 8 cars to find parking borders the property entrance. Our Support: - A host will be on-site, and will only be seen if you request help or have questions. - They can also assist in set up or takedown to help save your time or to be an extra crew member.
