Cozy, Plant-filled, Mid Century Modern Photography Studio Space

Our Space: - Mid-century modern design and furniture, with a vintage beverage station, linen curtains, contemporary art throughout, built in bookshelves and a newly remodeled kitchen with state of the art appliances and hardwood floors. Home-like environment and provides a safe and relaxing experience for our guests. - The space also comes with WiFi with speeds of 350-400Mbps, Filtered reverse osmosis water, sound canceling window inserts (https://indowwindows.com/), HomePod for music, and blackout blinds in the family room. - This studio is best suited for smaller shoots, with no more 8 people. Photo/Video Locations: - We allow access to the family room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom for shoots. - Furniture can be moved around and arranged as needed. - The building faces north with great natural light all day. - There is also a large shared patio space in the back that can be made available upon request. Dimensions (all have a ceiling height of 8ft 4in): - Family room: 15ft long x 11ft wide - Kitchen: 11ft 4in long x 13ft wide - Hallway: 23ft 5in long x 3ft 6in wide - Bathroom: 6' long x 4' wide - Family room and Kitchen are attached to each other (see pictures). Equipment on Site (as add-ons): - Paper rolls of various colors. We can always pick up other colors if you need specific ones; please let us know in advance. At no added charge we can setup the paper roll ahead of time, so the space is ready for photos right when you show up, and help change out the roll when needed. - C-stands for paper rolls - Softbox and Light (1) - Clamps - Tripod Parking: - Super convenient for up to 8 cars to find parking right next to our property entrance. - You can park in the Coco Bakery's parking lot, near the wooden fence that faces the white building. Our Support: - During your shoot, we (Zack and Emily) will be on-site and can assist with setup and take down as needed. - You can request Snacks that will be based on your food preferences. - You can request Non-alcoholic drinks (kombucha, coffee, tea and water). - We are happy to assist in any way to make your studio experience as positive, convenient and seamless as possible.
