About the Space
Beautiful craftsman home with stunning panoramic views perched on a hill in Mt. Washington. The home is a 1924 Craftsman that's been lovingly preserved with historic details and updated with modern amenities. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with oak floors and custom wood paneling. Two sets of french doors open up to an expansive deck allowing for a seamless indoor outdoor flow. Indoor shooting space is approximately 1,000 sq ft. The lush outdoor garden with sweeping mountain views provide incredible light all day, perfect for photo and film shoots or a serene retreat. The backyard is ideal for lounging, dining, and creative inspiration. We've hosted everything from breathwork mediations to disco dinner parties to film shoots. The landscaping is green and lush all year round, there is a hundred-year-old oak tree, fig tree, lemon tree, loquat tree and much more. An additional adjoining lot provides plenty of space for staging area, equipment, set up or other activities. Outdoor shooting space is 10,000 sq ft. Located at the top of a dead-end street with stairs up to Mt. Washington. The home sits on two lots and has two driveways.The vibe feels like you've been transported to Yosemite, while being easily accessible from Downtown LA.

We loved our time at the craftsman home. We booked three consecutive days at Rei’s home, and she was a fantastic host. We utilized every portion of her home and outdoor space, and captured our needs beautifully. I will say - prepare for the hill - shoes and loading and unloading - it definitely is a challenge, BUT worth it for the views and space. Rei is so kind and accommodating and helped us with any questions we had. We love her !
