Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The office is disinfected daily and appointments are spread apart to ensure there is adequate time to clean.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our space includes a dance/yoga studio that is approximately 300 square feet. We have a reception area and conference room with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. The space is perfect for rehearsals and photo shoots. We have an 88 key keyboard and a large Bluetooth speaker that can be used for music rehearsals.

The morning and late afternoon are the brightest. The studio does have curtains that can be drawn to block out most of the light.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The building is off of a busier street (Broadway Blvd) so louder cars are noticeable. The the offices adjacent to the studio are the quietest.

Equipment loading description

The office is across the hall from the elevator. The elevator is quite large and can accommodate most equipment for load in. Loading can be completely directly out front on the curb and then the vehicle can park in a spot.

The circuits can be tripped quite easily but this can be avoided with the use of power strips.

General Rules

No smoking in the building or within 50 feet of entrances. Loud music can only be played after 5pm and on weekends. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.No glitter or confetti can be used. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
