Professional cleaning between bookings of all shared spaces.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Over 3000 sqft of space available for all your creative needs. Four movable walls provide for maximum flexibility in layout configuration. Located in a complex that was previously a Walmart with plenty of parking for all your guests. Pro lighting included for photography/videography bookings. Throwing an event? Take advantage of additional production services available through our preferred partner!

General Rules

• Studio is a smoke free and drug fee environment. No smoking or drug taking is permitted anywhere inside the premises by you or your personnel. • Please help us to keep the studio tidy by placing any trash in the bins provided. • There is on site parking however we do not take any responsibility for any damage or loss incurred as a result of parking on site. Guidance will be given on arrival or booking on where to park. Please park considerately. • Event bookings are limited to a maximum capacity of 360 people. Non event bookings are limited to parties no greater than 10 people without prior approval. • Any alcohol must be served by a TABC licensed bartender. Plastic or aluminum containers only. No glass containers allowed without written consent. All events with alcohol require security. • Catering is allowed. • No open flames, confetti, glitter, sand or other hard to clean particles without written consent. • Water based smoke machines only

We currently have security cameras that record 24/7 at main entrances.
