All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We are a community space led, open to the general public, led by Kingston students and Alumni. Anyone can take part selling their work, hosting events or trialing new business ideas here, as well as Kingston students, alumni and residents. Don't be afraid if you've never thought about selling, exhibiting your work, or hosting events before - that's why we're here to help. Our space us available to rent for workshops, exhibitions, talks, or private parties, it’s up to you. We are currently located in a converted department store which gives the building quite an industrial feel. We have a studio space and a spacious upstairs event space.

Parking description

There are a few metered spaces out front but we recommend unloading in our unloading dock and then parking at the Bentall Centre since parking there is cheaper than on the street.
