Naturally Lit Industrial Building for Creative Production & Collaboration • Meetings • Photoshoots • Videos • Workshops • Small Private Events Renovated in 2022, this unique property preserves original graffiti artwork and the building structure, while adding a new roof structure with skylights, interior layout, furniture and art. Visitors enter through large steel and glass doors and are immediately taken from the hustle and bustle of the street, to a quiet, calm and uplifting oasis. Ideal uses include advertising, fashion, editorial, interviews, film, etc. The property is located between I-75 and Oakland Avenue in the North End. It is within biking/walking distance to Milwaukee Junction, Hamtramck, and New Center.
