Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Professionally cleaned to exceed industry standards.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space
Hi we are excited to share our 6.5 hobby farm / farm animal rescue experience with others. We offer use of our outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, two fire pits, basketball goal, bar-bq, self-pick gardens, fresh farm eggs, hiking trails, poker table, massage chairs, golf range, yard games and designated shooting area for target practice. Located in Dallas, GA on Polk Lane, just outside of Atlanta, close to wineries, restaurants, Six Flags over Georgia and historical Civil War battle grounds.

We are new to short-term renting, but are excited to share our 6.5 hobby farm / farm animal rescue experience with others. Farm at Little Fox Hollow has a lot to offer a family, couple, or even individual. We offer use of our outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, two fire pits, basketball goal, bar-bq, self-pick gardens, fresh farm eggs, hiking trails, golf range, yard games and designated shooting area for target practice. Located in Dallas, GA on Polk Lane, just outside of Atlanta, close to wineries, restaurants, Six Flags over Georgia and historical Civil War battle grounds.
General Rules
After 10 pm quiet hours
No smoking inside main farmhouse or garage / loft
Outside catering allowed
No parking on front lawn
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
