The hourly booking fee includes: - Access to the studio - Equipment - A producer for your session - Delivery of your final cut How it works: 1. Request to book and select your add-ons (a producer will be in touch) 2. Arrive ready with your best content and guests — we handle production 3. Within 24 hours of your booking we'll share a link to download your episode Studio details: - 200 square feet, centrally located on College Street - Backgrounds (white & black), lighting (soft daylight & RGB LED) - Table, bar stools, cafe stools, cafe chairs Equipment details: - RODE Rodecaster Pro broadcast mixer with PD-70 dynamic broadcast microphones - ATEM Mini Pro ISO video switcher with Sony A6400 and A6600 mirrorless cameras Production details — we handle: - Setup and teardown - Live mixing and cutting - Basic post-production - Export and delivery FAQ How much time do I need? We recommend 1 hour for every 45 minutes. Pro tip: book more time to produce multiple episodes in one session (ask us about discounts for multi-episode bookings). How many people can I book? Our setup works best for groups of 1-4. However, if you want to record multiple episodes guests can come and go as necessary. Can I book a guest remotely? Or use the space for a Zoom call? Yes. Guests can join remotely with Zoom. We'll provide you with a link to share with your guests and manage all the technical details of the call. Can I purchase additional production services later? Yes. Production services can be purchased after the fact. Discuss your goals with our producer to get guidance on how we can help. What file types will I get? We provide video as a 1080p MP4 and audio in both MP3 and WAV formats for upload to music and podcast platforms. Looking to do your own editing? A DaVinci Resolve project is also provided for each episode. Can I bring a hard drive? Yes. Cloud access to your files is provided for your convenience, however the files will only be accessible online for a limited time. Bring your own storage medium for file transfer and pick-up within 24 hours of your session.
