Three parking spaces are available. No additional vehicles are allowed to park at the property at any time.
General Rules
Guests making a reservation must be at least 25 years of age or older.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No Exceptions
We have a no pets policy.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside or within 5 ft of the cabin. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, vapes, cigars, drugs, or hookahs. If you must smoke, please do so away from the property. Thank you so much for your understanding. If there are any smoking or pet violations, the guest will be charged a $600 deep cleaning fee
The owner will not be responsible for personals items left behind. Please double-check all your items before checking out. If you left items behind, please contact us immediately.

Health and Safety Measures
Sweep, vacuum, dust, and/or mop areas before sanitizing
Wash dishes and laundry on the highest heat
Wipe down hard surfaces with soap and water
Spray high-touch surfaces in each room with an approved disinfectant spray
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
