About the Space
Ideal for podcasts, music videos, solo live performances. Our space has lighting that you can change and adapt to suit your needs. We've had various BBC Introducing live videos recorded in our space. We have neighbours so please respect the people in and around the building. If you would like to use any of the equipment in the space or require any extra information please get in contact.

General Rules
No smoking in the building. Please leave everything as you find it. A studio engineer will be on hand should you need anything.
No alcohol or drinks anywhere near the equipment.

Security cameras and recording devices
The building has 24hr CCTV. Kabin Studios has two cctv cameras inside.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned after every client. Communal areas and toilets are cleaned to high COVID-19 standards.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
