The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This luxurious kitchen is located in the Ritz Carlton Residences. The space has a fantastic view of the city. With its own private elevator that opens up to the unit, it's a space to book when impressions count. This is a bright and beautifully appointed 2000 sq ft dream in the heart of the city, with stunning views of the CN tower and Lake Ontario. Next to the CBC offices downtown, it is a convenient location for broadcast use. 70% of the space has wraparound South- facing windows that beam sunlight and natural glowing daylight, making it perfect for minimal or no studio lighting. === PRICING: The posted starting rates reflect a crew size/guests under 5. Quoted rates will be applied to more guests and/or high impact shoots. Day rate is based on 8 hours, Monday through Thursday.
