COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our rentals are professional cleaned between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has additional space outdoors
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

About the Space

Our house has 3 apartments each with separate entrance located on Lake Spivey. They can be rented individually or all together. There is an out door covered patio along with an observation deck to view the lake. Plus we have a private boat dock and RMS near by. Property is minutes from the Lake Spivey Recreation Center and Clayton County International Park, nature trails, Lake Spivey Golf Club, and Eagle's Landing Golf Club. Close to the Historic McDonough Town Square, Downtown Jonesboro, I-75 and I-675. 30 minutes to Downtown Atlanta.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. Outside catering is allowed. No alcohol allowed after 8pm. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets allowed inside the property. Please respect our property but feel comfortable.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Our property has an outdoor security system on every entrance.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
