This place was absolutely amazing! I rented out this home for my dads 70th birthday *tear* The pictures honestly don’t do justice because it’s 100x better in person. The perfect amount of space for everything. The pool is the best part and very kid friendly. They even put up a gate for us. Mike was very accommodating and welcoming! Would definitely book again and again!

Had a great experience renting this house from Mike! We rented it for a child’s birthday party, and it was great because the kids could be put in the backyard swimming while the adults hung out inside. The house is gorgeous, very clean and so well decorated and comfortable. Lots of seating throughout. The pool area is spacious with comfortable seating. Mike had everything we need to throw a great party and everyone commented on how they loved the house we chose. There was also some confusion with my party vendors showing up early, and Mike helped them out before I even arrived. Great service and would rent again!

Mike was a fantastic host! Will definitely book again, it was such a lovely place to hold my baby shower! It was also so kind of him to bring in my pizza because it arrived before I did; I really appreciated that! The bear theme was adorable! I loved all the details on the decor! And it was so well thought out and provided for all my needs. I appreciated the gate for the pool outside so little ones wouldn’t accidentally go in. And the towels left out just incase. I recommend anyone looking for a baby shower or birthdays or small events to book! It’s definitely worth it. The host always responds in a timely manner and the communication made things easy. Mike was welcoming and very helpful. it was very easy to shoot at this location, it was very quiet and the natural light coming in the house was perfect. I would most definitely book again.
