Our 500 sqft. studio with 10’ ceilings is a perfect place to explore your creative work in photography and video. Key Things to know about our studio: ​ 1. We can only accommodate bookings that start at a minimum of 2 hours. 2. A little less than half the studio is a personal art space, but we will not be there while you're working. 3. We will meet you at the studio to give you keys, and we ask that you leave them in the studio when you exit and send us a photo. 4. There is a shared common space with kitchen and bathrooms. Seamless rentals: 9’ Pull is $15 12’ Pull is $25 Inquire about colors in inquiries! If you need a particular color please check in before your booking to ensure it is/can be available and set. Please try and give us 24-48 hours notice for any seamless sourcing requests. Booking time includes load in and load out. We allow a grace period of 15 minutes after the end of your booking. If any eq/personnel are still on site the clock starts and we bill our current base rate with no partial hours. ***Please keep in mind that we are located on the 3rd floor. There is a freight elevator that is available for heavy items. Please let me know if you need access to the freight elevator before your booking.***
