The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities Prior to each booking, we will: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms and entrances.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

About the Space

Private 650 sq ft. studio/gallery space located in DUMBO, Brooklyn, NY, one block from the waterfront. The studio features a flexible layout with great natural light and includes: Unobstructed shooting area 11' ceiling Six 9' height windows Private Ground Floor Entrance Private Bathroom HVAC system for ideal temperature setting OJAS speakers with bluetooth connectivity High speed wi-fi Kitchenette with commercial lowboy fridge, sink, induction burner, and electric kettle Walking distance from the F train at York St. and the A & C train at High Street.
