About the Space Need a fun, creative space for a small baby or wedding shower, birthday party, or intimate get togethers? Villa 57 is the perfect spot. If "Austin-tatious" Funky and Retro is your vibe, Villa 57 is an eclectic and private South Austin Oasis in a rustic, country setting. Included in the rental are multiple spaces for you to use within the space. Included in the rental is a RETRO STYLE 20x40 BREEZE BLOCK POOL with old school diving board. This aqua marine pool has a 5 Ft. x 5 Ft. shallow tanning ledge with a place for an umbrella. The shallow end is 3 ft. 5" and has a gradual depth of 8.5" Ft. There are sitting benches at each corner of the pool.The pool deck is furnished with mid century modern lounge furniture and is surrounded by mature oak and elm trees situated in a private backyard with a rock fire pit and hammock. There is a large pergola that connects to the pool area with a mid century dining table for six as well as a vintage style lounge area seating for five. Our RETRO GAME ROOM POOL HOUSE is a throw back mix of decor and furniture items from the1940s-1980s. The room is inspired out of a love for music and vintage finds and has a true old Austin dive bar feel. The room is equipped with an old diner booth (duck tape and all), vintage shuffle board and pool table, high top bar table,1940s cigarette machine, Eames chair lounge area, upcycled radio cabinet cocktail bar, juke box filled with a killer assortment of tunes, 70" T.V., mini fridge, and countertop area. The bathroom has a toilet and vanity area. Our backyard 1970 VINTAGE TRAILER is light and bright with mid century details and fun, kitchy decor. There is a wood deck with 3 white modern chairs. There is no plumbing, cooking, or bathroom use as of now. 2 electric outlets may be used. Cornhole, Darts, and Ping Pong can be set up upon request!
