Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The space is outdoors- we clean the tables and the outdoor furniture.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Backyard and bowl for a small get together, photo shoot, bbq, or private skate session. No access to indoor house. The bowl has noping, concrete coping and steel coping. About 4 feet transition, with hips and quick pocket. Built by same builders from dreamland/grindline... it's super fun. Backyard has a garden, bbq and plenty of outdoor furniture to chill. Lights till 10 pm. Electrical outlet is easy to access.
