The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Stylish home that offers a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. Located on the 5th hole on a beautiful 9 hole golf course in the resort community of Point Venture (45 min from Austin). Great for photography and filming. Maximum guests in house is 20. The clubroom may be available to rent for additional $100 per day with a capacity of 75 people. Clubroom incudes full kitchen, serving bar, ice machine, performance state, projection screen, piano and wood burning fireplace. If clubroom available and used, maximum capacity for events is 75 people. Amenities: pool, gym, private park with lake access, golf course, tennis/ pickle-ball, disk golf and boat launch.

Parking description

There is street parking next to the townhome, which fits around 5-10 cars. Parking for guests (two cars available in front of townhouse). All other vehicles must park at the overflow parking at the office complex located at 555 Venture Blvd South (5 minutes away). When enter park on the right side of the parking lot. Boats may also be parked there.

General Rules

1. Notify host if club room is being requested to check availability. Additional costs will apply. 2. No smoking of any type on property or in house or $300 cleaning fee will be assessed. 3. No glitter or confetti. No taping or nailing items to the wall. 4. Move furniture and decorations back to original place if moved. 5. Event can go till 12, and quiet hours after 10pm. 6. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $50 each (no pets in club house)

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a Ring camera at the front door. It will be on and records video.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
