About the Space
Located in the heart of SOMA/The Design District in San Francisco, this 2,000 sq. ft. space is a design showroom by day, filled with curated, handmade, and whimsical pieces from artisans all over the world. Filled with natural light and high ceilings, it’s an inviting space meant for gathering, with plenty of comfortable seating, a large dining table, swings, and even special dinnerware. It’s an ideal space to host intimate dinner parties (up to 40 people), and in addition to the large dining area, also includes a large “living room,” kitchen, kids area, and powder room. The space can also be used for photo/film shoots, pop-up events, parties, meetings, private events, and more! We invite you to use and enjoy our eclectic collection of items on display, which can also be purchased/ordered. The kitchen includes Refrigerator, electric oven, and stove,+ a small oven, sink, dishwasher, and working table. special dinnerware can be used with extra cost.

This was a fantastic place to do a photoshoot. There is abundance of natural light and a lot of different backgrounds/setups that can be used for the session. Given it's a gallery/studio, there was a lot of varied furniture/props available to use for the photos. It also meant that we had to move a lot of (mostly light) furniture around to get clear foreground/background. Galit was also a great host and all communication/coordination was smooth.
