This space is so gorgeous! It’s easily accessible with tons of street parking and also aesthetic, which helped ease a lot of the decoration pressure. There are already beautiful ready to use wooden tables, additional tables if needed, and all the chairs you’ll need. The place also had an awesome built in sound system, which made it easy to play music! We had an event of ~90 people, which it comfortably seated. The staff was super friendly throughout the process and there to greet us and help ensure our table configuration was set up before leaving. Would definitely recommend and use this space again in the future!

Adam was very responsive with all our communication. The space was just perfect for our sound bath workshop - plenty of space, light, beautiful decor. Robyn, the onsite manager was so friendly and helpful with checking us in. It all was very smooth!

This space was perfect for a baby shower that we had this past weekend. Adam was super responsive and helpful in the months leading up to the event and had a lot of rentals to offer (cocktail tables, speakers, mic, etc.) Will definitely consider using this space again for future events.

Adam was a very responsive to all of my messages, however.. I didn't have the best experience leading up to the event. Part of that was my fault bc I booked this venue based off of my previous bookings (booked here 3 other times with the Neyborly/Poet's Corner), but it is under different mgmt and the pictures don't give real representation of how the venue looks now. There is lots of furniture that takes away from the open space it used to have. When I met with Adam (2 weeks after I had already booked) I was informed that the tables, the book shelving and the phone pods couldn't move so my back was against the wall. There were also a few desk against the wall that couldn't be moved. Day of... Robbie was the host and he was amazing. He was friendly, helpful, responsive and informative. Suggestions for the host: 1. Put more details in the description of your venue. Tell your potential customers everything they need to know (outside catering fee, future can't be moved, tour suggested before booking) prior to accepting a booking. 2. Create a one pager that gives step-by-step on how to work your equipment (fans, iPad) and where to place the trash at the end of the event. We had to call Robbie several times for help. 3. Communicate everything upfront. It was very stressful to receive a call 3 days before asking to complete something that should have been discussed during booking or the tour. Overall, my event was good.

My kid’s bar mitzvah party was supposed to be in a park but the weather had other plans. We booked sway at the last minute and am so glad we did. Not only were we warm and dry but also the space was perfect. We dressed it up with all kinds of balloons and sparkly things and it was magical. The kids had a great time sitting on the stage singing into the mic and we were able to make multiple spaces for eating, dancing, chatting, and playing games. Adam and Robby were so patient and helpful with all our many questions and requests for how to arrange the space. A great experience all around.
