Our entire space is available for any and all of your needs! We've hosted concerts, baby showers, private events, networking event, pop up shops, board meetings, and video shoots- all in the same week. Our modular layout and beautiful movable furniture allows us to easily transform this space into your vision! We have plenty of comfortable seating in forms of couches, foldable chairs, and office chairs and have several beautiful live edge wooden tables for you and your guests. Equipped with sound system, filtered water, and an abundance of open space- Sway is everything you need for your next party, gathering, or team off-site. So, what are you waiting for? Book today! Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This space was great. It looks just like the photos. Neighborhood is cute with good lunch options and cafes nearby. The team from the space was easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed.
