About the Space
This unique warehouse space is equipped with a functioning band room. There’s plenty of adjustable mood lighting. Graffiti walls. The space also has a staircase. Flower wall with swing. There’s a loft above the garage for an aerial shot . And lots of other “picture perfect” corners. It’s a great space to shoot /film or record.

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
This is a warehouse so there’s no natural light. There’s lots of mood lighting which is the general theme. But we do have studio lighting equipment as well if you’re looking for more light
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The music space is set up to record in. There’s times no one else is there. There’s little to no ambient noise.

General Rules
Smoking is allowed but drinking is limited to certain area away from music equipment.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Upon prior discussion almost anything can be moved. Day of, within reason things can be moved but you need to put them back.

Health and Safety Measures
Warehouse and sets are cleaned thoroughly between each shoot
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
