Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We use electrostatic disinfection process in between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Take magnificent photos! Quaint home, rustic authentic vibes, breath-taking vista sunsets! Perfect for engagement shoots! Just about any shoot works that require nature, country-side looks. The home has a huge work space downstairs for all your gear. Outside is where the photos are at. We are located in Running Springs which means you get a gorgeous mountain view without having to go all the up the mountain! About 20 minutes from the bottom where you start driving.

It has space for up to 8 vehicles. No vehicles bigger than a pickup truck.

General Rules

No smoking or any pyro in or around the building. Outside catering is allowed. Full kitchen usage. No alcohol. Quiet hour 9pm to 8am. There is no toilet paper flushing. Each restroom has a trashcan. No pets.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras outside with noiseaware audio monitoring inside.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
