About the Space

This is the perfect space for a photo shoot, filming an interview, a tutorial video, and pretty much anything you can dream up! It is naturally well lit, has built-in house lights, and a clean backdrop. Our suite has a professional air, without a stuffy-sterilized feel. Equipment rental options are available so you don't need to haul all your gear. If needed, we have a freight elevator. We are conveniently located in Everett, with lots of good eats close by.

Lighting description

There is one main window with light through the afternoon. This can be enhanced with house lighting or equipment. It can also be reduced strategically as well.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Typically a quiet space. Walls are not soundproof though. Successfully filmed numerous interviews for professionals and fundraising galas.

Equipment loading description

The front entrance has a small lobby that leads to the stairs. We are on the 2nd floor.) If the freight elevator is needed, we can go out back and use the freight elevator.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

There is an office space that may be locked up. The hanging door is typically closed to hide the supply area.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

General Rules

*Non-smoking, pet friendly building. *Welcome to help yourself to the coffee, tea and other snacks. *Please return things to the way you found them. (i.e. pick up extension cords, return equipment to the coordinating cases, etc.) *Rental of any equipment needs to remain on site.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

We ask that anything moved, be returned to how you found it.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Building management has security cameras in common areas. (lobby, etc.)

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

To protect our guest, and ourselves, we wipe down all equipment and surfaces after each use. Limited capacity also ensures we can properly space people for the shoots.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
