About the Space

We are to host a multitude of activities and events. Our outdoor patio is spacious - able to hold around 150 people - and has several flower beds and some herbs growing as well. The wooden and metal fence is high rising to create an enclosed and private space. Our full service kitchen allows for events with catering, cooking and food storage needs. Aside from the indoor kitchen space, we also have a coworking indoor office space that is full of plants and comfortable seating. With large windows, the space is filled with natural light and an excellent working environment. Each section of our space is $90/ hour. If you would like to use multiple sections (i.e. patio and co working space) the price will be $180/hour and so on. We encourage tours of the location prior to the event to ensure it is the right fit for you and your vision.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

  • Space has additional space outdoors

Yes, I would book again.

Everyone we interacted with were super sweet and helpful. The venue was perfect for our event - great patio, cute outdoor lighting, lots of parking, and good area. We had a great time and would definitely book this space again!

No, I would not book again.

We initially had really great interactions with the host; she was responsive and very helpful. As the event got closer, we had one last face-to-face meeting with her and she appeared overwhelmed and stressed. We didn't think much of it because previous interactions had been fine. However, the day of the event, there were moments when it appeared she was extremely displeased and would not facilitate small issues that came up. For example, when we were cleaning up, we requested the lights to be turned on so we could see what we were doing but she stated she didn't know how they worked. Another example is that during our initial tour of the establishment, we were told we could place some our food in the kitchen counter space. However, the day of the event the area was blocked off and we were informed we could no longer access that area. Several of our guests informed us that they had terse exchanges with the host. We know that there was some miscommunication from our end so we understand that some things could not be avoided but we did expect a better experience on the day of our party.

Yes, I would book again.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to use this space as an office location for our movie. The space is awesome, and Nicole and Heather were more than accommodating hosts to our crew. We filmed during the Texas summer, and they graciously showed us an air-conditioned space where our production could set up a base. We would absolutely recommend this space!
