All surfaces in the space are thoroughly cleaned between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This is a world-class recording studio in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The studio is right across the street from the Smith and 9th St F/G train stop, has lots of street parking and is a short walk from dozens of restaurants and coffee shops on lovely Court Street. The space features a control room, 250 SF live room, iso booth, and huge lounge with tons of natural sunlight. We have dozens of guitars and amps, 4 drum kits, a vintage 70's recording console, and a wide selection of microphone preamps and outboard gear to make great recordings. Our lounge is a great space to relax and take a breath, or record video content with lots of light.
